In 2013, Loraine founded Wired Exposure, in Harper Woods, MI, as a management and IT solutions company. Her vision was to create a highly profitable, strategic, and efficient umbrella company dedicated to providing in-depth corporate strategic business and technology services to a diverse clientele. She established our core vision and mission with a steadfast commitment to delivering clients simple, practical, and results-oriented solutions. Journey to Wired Exposure

Throughout these experiences, Loraine consistently demonstrated her ability to oversee complex challenges from strategy to execution , manage multi-billion dollar M&A investments , lead major technology negotiations , and achieve significant IT solution savings. She has executed 5 worldwide expansions across 130+ countries , delivered IPOs for two companies , and driven an average 40% revenue increase for B2C clients.

2003-2005

Early Career & Strategic Leadership

From 2003 to 2005, Loraine co-founded Tech Talk, LLC, an advisory and implementation solutions firm, growing B2B and B2C operations to $1M in revenue within two years and expanding brand reach, quadrupling revenue. Her journey continued with significant roles, including Senior Project Manager at the State of Michigan and Manager, Client Services at Audatex, a Solera Company , where she managed multi-million dollar budgets and led successful program implementations.

2010-2012

Driving Major Transformations

As an Executive Advisor and Program Manager at Farmers Insurance Group (2010-2012), Loraine spearheaded $4.1B in M&A technology integrations and pioneered a major operational turnaround, launching a state-of-the-art Depot that generated $10M in first-year savings.

2012-2013

C-Suite Advisory at Gap Inc.

From 2012 to 2013, Loraine served as a Contract and Matrix Consultant & Executive Advisor to the C-Suite of Gap Direct. In this role, she provided strategic and technical leadership for digital platforms, identifying opportunities for digital transformation and leading the launch of Gap Japan's manufacturing facility.
